We built a model that doesn’t generate more pixels like ordinary generative AI.
Instead, it understands spatial logic.
While most AI systems create pretty images without understanding structure, our in-house model interprets the geometry of a floor plan — walls, rooms, openings, furniture positions — and reconstructs them into a fully editable 3D space.
This approach moves beyond pixel generation and into true spatial reconstruction, enabling AI to rebuild every corner of a home as structured, editable elements rather than 2D outputs.
This new architecture is what we call Reconstruction AI, and it forms the basis of our patent-pending system.

FurnAI
We’ve introduced a new way for designers and customers to interact with objects — ensuring both share the same taste, style, and creative control.
With the help of SAM 3 (Segment Anything 3 by Meta), users can upload any piece of furniture and instantly convert it into an editable 3D object, complete with accurate segmentation and texture extraction.
But we built something even more powerful for interior designers:
the ability to mask, split, and label different parts of an object.
This teaches our system what each component is — handles, cushions, frames, panels — allowing it to replace or update only the parts that don’t match your design style.
So you can apply textures to specific elements while ignoring others, swap mismatched components, and maintain full control over the design without re-modeling or manual editing.
